BRIEF HISTORY OF THE FIRM
The firm was established in the year 2000 by RAMADHANI ALLY MALETA and DR. DAMAS DANIEL NDUMBARO as founder partners and was in June, 2003 joined by DAIBU CUTHBERT KAMBO as partner. Currently firm has three partners and three other non-partners advocates namely: Neema Masame, Edward Magayane, and Hilary Ndumbaro forming a total of six advocates.
2.3 BRIEF PROFILE OF FOUNDING PARTNERS
i. MR. RAMADHANI ALLY MALETA is an ADVOCATE of the High Court of Tanzania (since 1999) and a researcher in several fields of law. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B.) Hons. Of the University of Dar es Salaam obtained in 1994 and Master of Laws degree (LL.M) from the Open University of Tanzania. Advocate Ramadhani Ally Maleta is a PhD Candidate at the Open University of Tanzania. He worked at Tanzania Airports Authority as the Director of Legal Services and Corporation Secretary (from August, 2005 to Nov. 2017),
While there he was also the Head of Tanzania Airports Authority Secretariat to the TAA Board. He is a man with a lot of Knowledge, Skills and Experience legal corporate issues and he is now a PhD candidate at the Open University of Tanzania.
ii. DR. DAMAS DANIEL NDUMBARO, PhD, is an ADVOCATE of the High Court of Tanzania and Zanzibar since 1999). He has expertise in different areas of law. He possesses a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) Hons of The University of Dar Es Salaam, Masters of Laws (LL.M) of the University of Dar Es Salaam and PhD from the Open University of Tanzania. He has experience in legal and managerial issues. He is a researcher and former Lecturer of law at the Open University of Tanzania.
